Executive Function Skills For Success
Executive function, at its core, allows us to execute- or in simple terms: get things done. It is an umbrella term that refers to a set of skills and processes that allow us to execute through completion. In order to do this, students need to develop and apply a range of skills like planning, organizing, prioritizing, and initiating.
This course is designed to support students in building executive function skills in a sustainable way by teaching these skills through interactive lessons, activities, and exercises which allow students to take an active role in the learning process.
Students will build and improve their executive function skills through awareness, understanding, exploration, and application allowing them to be better equipped to make changes that stick.
This course is available both as a flexible, self paced option and as a live ongoing option.
Along with the lessons, students will receive the Executive Function Toolkit which includes an extensive collection of resources, materials, and templates that will empower students to apply the strategies that will help them shed old dysfunctional habits and replace them with habits that are productive.
